Are you unbe-weed-able? Come join our team! We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable Budtender who can provide our customers with knowledgeable, friendly service. Using your knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods you will provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced, fun, team environment. Crossroads Cannabis is proud to be an Indigenous partnership with women leadership and locally owned by the Sam and Swenson families. You bring experience, ideas, and passion for cannabis and customer service and we will provided training and certification! Crossroads is open 9am - 11pm, 7 days a week and the current opening is for part-time, average 16 hours a week plus additional coverage as necessary. Weed love to hear from you!
Budtender Activities
- Greet customers and check IDs
- Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding and directing customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Provide curbside pick-up through the drive-thru pick up window
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Ensure compliance in all transactions
- Manage incoming calls and online orders
- Assist with merchandising and ensuring a clean and comfortable retail space
- Assist with opening/closing tasks, sales and inventory counts
- Keep up to date on your industry knowledge through media review, social media engagement, and completing online training provided for you
- Ensure current knowledge of products available in store
Budtenders will provide:
- Commitment to the Crossroads team
- Impeccable customer service
- Excellent communication
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Be a minimum of 19 years of age
- Current Selling it Right Certificate
- All required background checks
Additional Considerations:
- Strong willingness to increase knowledge of cannabis
- Retail experience preferred
- A strong social media presence is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation an asset
